『イスラエル外交史』著者 来日記念講演

このたび、イスラエルを代表する国際関係専門家であり、『イスラエル外交史』（ミルトス出版社）著者のエマニュエル・ナヴォン氏が来日し、特別講演を開催いたします。

ナヴォン氏は、古代から現代に至るイスラエルの外交政策を幅広く分析し、世界各国との関係を詳細に論じた本書を通じて、イスラエル外交の歴史的背景と現代の課題を明らかにしています。本講演では、著書の内容を踏まえながら、**「崩壊する国際秩序下におけるイスラエルの外交戦略と中東の再編」**というテーマで、イスラエルの外交戦略と国際社会における役割について語っていただきます。

講師プロフィール エマニュエル・ナヴォン氏は、イスラエルを代表する国際関係専門家の一人です。1971年にパリで生まれ、1993年にイスラエルへ移住。パリ政治学院を卒業後、ヘブライ大学で国際関係論の博士号を取得しました。国防大学やヘルツェリア学際研究センターなどで講師を務め、現在はテルアビブ大学政治学部および大学院アバ・エバン外交講座の講師を務めています。また、エルサレム戦略・安全保障研究所（JISS）の主任研究員であり、ヨーロッパリーダーシップネットワーク・イスラエル（ELNET・ISRAEL）の会長も務めています。

Celebrating the Visit of the Author of The History of Israeli Diplomacy

We are pleased to announce a special lecture by Emmanuel Navon, a leading expert in international relations and the author of The History of Israeli Diplomacy (published by Myrtos).

Navon’s work provides a comprehensive analysis of Israel’s foreign policy from ancient times to the present, examining its relationships with countries worldwide. In this lecture, he will discuss “Israel’s Diplomatic Strategy and the Reconfiguration of the Middle East Amidst a Collapsing International Order.”

Speaker Profile Emmanuel Navon is one of Israel’s leading experts in international relations. Born in Paris in 1971, he immigrated to Israel in 1993. He graduated from Sciences Po Paris and earned a Ph.D. in International Relations from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Navon has lectured at the National Defense College and the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya and currently teaches at Tel Aviv University’s Political Science Department and the Abba Eban Graduate Program in Diplomacy. He is also a Senior Fellow at the Jerusalem Institute for Strategy and Security (JISS) and serves as the Chairman of ELNET-Israel, an organization dedicated to strengthening Israel-Europe relations.
